Dr. Tamara Perrotte
She is blessed to be serving on her home island of Aruba. Originally from the United States but grew up in Aruba where she learned that she wanted to work with people, and especially in improving their health and wellness.
Dr. Tamara’s first exposure to chiropractic was through her collage roommate’s mother, Dr. Kathleen Bloom. Dr. Bloom gave her, her first chiropractic adjustment. It was through the treatment of her bad sleep patterns, migraines, and hormone concerns with chiropractic care that she knew that this was the direction she wanted to go into. This experience led her to attend and received her chiropractic education at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN.
Dr. Tamara loves working with children and women, but she wants to help the whole family become healthier. In order to do so she specializes in the Activator Methods Technique and has dedicated many hours in learning the technique through various seminars and trained extensively with activator doctors. She is Advanced Proficiency Rated in the Activator Method.
Dr. Tamara holds additional certifications in the Webster Technique, recommended for pregnant women and is CCAP certified from International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Additionally she holds certification in Graston Technique which is used to treat soft tissue injuries.

Dr. Nick PErrotte
Dr. Nick is the younger brother for Dr. Tamara and recently graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic with Sports Emphasis with internship from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN in December 2020.
Dr. Nick is a huge sports fan and grew up playing baseball on the island. He played for the Centro di Bario Noord organization from age 5-18 and played for national team of Aruba from the age of 8 to 18. Dr. Nick was fortunate enough to have played Varsity College Baseball and Club baseball while pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Biology during his studies from 2010-2015. Growing up Dr. Nick had his fair share of injuries playing baseball and had a passion for sports medicine. One of his goals growing up if he did not make it pro was to help his fellow athletes and citizens with their injuries and get them back to being active.
Dr. Nick’s first experience with chiropractic was by Dr. Sandy Roga a fellow Aruban baseball player and coach who provided care to the national team of Aruba during the kingdom games of 2009. However, the first moment that convinced Dr. Nick to pursue chiropractic education was when he recently graduated with his bachelor’s degree in 2015 and he had experienced a terrible back pain which he could not shake off. After, days and a week of convincing from Dr. Tamara to see a chiropractor for his issue, he finally took the leap to go see a chiropractor for his pain. After about 2.5 weeks of care, his back pain was pretty much not existent and knew at that moment that I should look into chiropractic as profession to further my education in.
Dr. Nick loves working with athletes or any individual that wants to start moving to help them achieve their goals. In order to do so, he took multiple sports electives during his chiropractic education and interned at the school’s human performance center. Doing so, he graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic with Sports Emphasis with internship from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN in December 2020. He also completed his Masters of Exercise Science at Concordia University in St. Paul MN at the same time while doing his chiropractic education to further his passion in sports medicine.
Dr. Nick holds additional certification in Graston Technique which is used to treat soft tissue injuries. He is also a US Board certified chiropractor from National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE). Dr. Nick is also a nationally registered emergency medical technician in the US and had covered high school sideline soccer games while in school.
Outside of the office, Dr. Nick loves to spend time with his family and friends. He loves to play baseball, exercise CrossFit and traveling.
